CANCELLED EES#2 Levi Midnight Enduro (Finland)

Levi is the biggest ski resort in Finland, located in 170km above the arctic circle at latitude 67.8 degrees North. The race course will cover two mountains side by side offering the riders a varied terrain; natural hiking trails, purpose build enduro trails, sections of bikepark trails, grassy ski slopes and peat covered ski slopes for special kind of loam fun. Rocks are the dominant element on most trails in this location. Race stages will have more than 2500m of descending  in total, with race time being around 40min for the fastest riders. Transfers are done both pedaling and using the Gondola lift. This is the sixth race at Levi ski resort, and third time the race race has been held at night. First stages of the race are done late on Friday night, no need for headlights, the Sun is up! Friday night is followed by full day of racing on Saturday. In previous years the race has had en EWS Qualifier status gathering riders from the neighbouring countries.
