The Enduro Sports Organisation owns and operates the Enduro World Series (EWS) and Scottish Enduro Series (SES).
ESO has a global community of professional teams, event organisers, the biggest cycling brands and thousands of amateur and professional athletes. With recent investment from Discovery Inc, Play Sports Group and Eurosport, ESO has joined with the biggest cycling community in the world and has ambitious plans to develop all platforms across numerous technological frontiers in the coming years.
In 2021 ESO hosted the EWS Tweed Valley - the first major EWS event in Scotland in 6 years, and the flagship event for future EWS series events. In the same year, the company also acquired the Scottish Enduro Series (SES), with a plan to re-imagine the sport at a grassroots level.
This role is a new position within ESO, focusing on the growth and development of the Scottish Enduro Series (SES) and the EWS Tweed Valley. Working as part of the communications and marketing team, you’ll work closely with senior management and the SES delivery team to promote and grow the audiences of these events, as well as providing strong communications and marketing material to a broad range of stakeholders, including riders, media, partners and local communities.

Previous experience in a marketing, communications, PR environment or within an event management organisation would be advantageous for this role.
You will need to demonstrate a passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have a desire to get the job done, to the highest standards possible, in the given timeframe.
