Where are you in the world?

Whistler, Canada.

How has Covid-19 affected life where you are?

I lost my job March 15th and have not been working since. On June 1st, the government lifted some restrictions, so the process of life going back to some sort of normalcy has started.

What does your new 'normal' look like?

I took so many things for granted before the pandemic. Going to the supermarket used to be very simple. So far, the new normal is not working and riding my bike every day. I'll be enjoying this new normal until my job starts back up again.

Tell us about your bike - how long have you been riding it and what's your favorite part of it?

I have been riding the 2020 Liv Hail since mid-April. I have just recently swapped the front wheel to a 29er. The bike feels amazingly fast and smooth.

What is the best thing about being a part of Liv Racing?

There are so many great aspects of being part of the Liv Racing team. I really appreciate being surrounded by such strong role models and being part of a great support network, especially during the last few months of uncertainty.

What EWS rounds are you most looking forward to this season?

My favorite location from last year was Canazei, Italy so I was very sad when the news came through of its cancellation, rather than it being postponed. Of the locations still scheduled, I am very excited for Zermatt, as I was injured last year and was unable to attend.

What is one thing about you that people might not guess by looking at you?

My feet are each a different size. It makes buying new shoes very difficult.

What does Liv Committed mean to you?

Knowing that Liv is there for me through every turn, jump and descent. Helping me reach my goals.

Liv Racing will be running women's ride days at all EWS events in 2020 to give racers a chance to hang out and ride away from the pressures of racing. To find about more about Liv Committed check out the video below:
