Connor Fearon is one of the fastest mountain bike racers that Australia has ever produced. That's no mean statement when you consider the names that are included within that pantheon. Year after year however the Kona Factory Racing rider backs it up. He's one of the few racers to have stood on both UCI World Cup downhill and Enduro World Series.
His most recent big EWS result came at the Aussie's home round in Derby, Tasmania 2019 when Fearon remained in the top three for the whole event and was only beaten home by Florian Nicolai. The Australian National Champ was looking forward to contesting a few more EWS races in 2020 before the Covid-19 global pandemic struck and forced the restructuring of the season. Since then, Connor has been making the most of life at home in Adelaide:
Connor was a member of the Team Australia trio who finished sixth in the innaugural Trophy of Nations race in Finale Ligure. Find out more about this year's event here.
