With the first three rounds of the 2020 Enduro World Series postponed everyone is pretty upset about having to wait to visit Colombia and Chile which would have taken place over the last couple of weekends. Waiting is never fun but when we get videos like Red Bull Bike’s latest Sound Of Speed episode with Trek Factory Racing’s Pedro Burns riding like this, it does make us excited for the end of the year!
Filmed in Valle Nevado in the Andes mountain range, the film sees Chile’s finest plunge his way from a mountain peak into the sprawling city scape of Valparaíso, home to the Red Bull Valparaíso Cerro Abajo urban DH race.
The Chilean round of this years series will now take place in Farellones November 14-15.
At still only 22 years of age, there’s no doubting that Pedro stands as one of the biggest two-wheel talents to come out of South America and his raw pace (even whilst manualling down a set of stairs!) is undeniable. A little/large added bonus of this video which sets it apart from the common-or-garden ‘shredit’ is the additional behind-the-scenes ‘making of’ section which follows the riding action. Follow the Parkin brothers and their team as they do their best to keep up with Pedro across two ultra-challenging backdrops.
